Designed by Sigurd Ressell 

Sigurd Ressell (1920–2010) was a distinguished Norwegian furniture designer celebrated for his contribution to Scandinavian modernism. He is best known for the iconic Falcon Chair, created in 1970 for Vatne Møbler, a design that remains a hallmark of comfort and structural elegance.

Ressell’s work was characterized by logical construction, functional clarity, and organically flowing forms. A graduate of the Norwegian National Academy of Craft and Art Industry, he played a significant role in shaping the identity of modern Scandinavian furniture design.
