Inspired by MARIO BELLINI
Italian Architect and Designer Mario Bellini designed one of the first examples of a modular sofa as a reaction to the introduction of new open-plan living in the 1970's. A winner of 8 Compasso d’Oro and architecture awards including the Medaglia d’Oro, Bellini has made an impact on architecture, urban planning, and car and furniture design.
